How to prepare your formulation

Each month, you'll receive a 30-day supply of your custom blend. We ask that you consume the blend twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening and consumed on an empty stomach.

Measure

Measure out 1 scoop (10g) of the powder making sure not to pack or overfill it for an accurate measure.

Mix

Pour 1 scoop of the powder into 250-350mL (8-12oz) of warm water and mix with a spoon until the powder has dissolved.

Repeat

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for your second dosage later in the day.
