How long does shipping take?

Please be aware we are a small family-run business. When an order is placed, it takes us 24 to 48 hours to create your custom formula and get it processed, packed up, and ready to ship to you. Once an order is sent out, the shipping time varies by destination. 

The average shipping time for domestic orders in Canada is 5-7 business days. For U.S. orders, the average shipping time is 7-10 business days. 

Customs & Duties

While we do offer free shipping, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and/or taxes depending on the location. The customer is liable for any additional customs fees and taxes necessary to receive the package.

Returns & Exchanges

We strongly advise our clients to commit to a minimum of three months when undertaking Project: Life, as this duration allows the tea to effectively facilitate the healing process for both the body and reproductive organs. Should you not observe improvements in energy levels, sleep quality, and overall well-being within the initial 10 days of embarking on Project: Life, please be informed that we offer a 14-day return policy. This policy grants you the opportunity to request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Refunds apply to the first order for your custom-formulated Project: Life tea only. Refunds do not apply to subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note all refunds will be subjec to a 20% re-stocking fee. This covers the high expense of shipping the product to you as well as the the time and expense of blending your custom formulation. 

If your refund request is outside of the 14-day guarantee, we will unable to issue a refund.
