Your first order of a Project: Life formulation is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Try it for 30 days. If it is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund your first order in full. No questions asked.

What the guarantee covers

  • Your first order of a Project: Life formulation.
  • A full refund of the amount you paid for that order.
  • No return shipment. You do not need to send anything back.
  • No restocking fee or any other deduction.
  • The 30 days run from your order date, not from the delivery date.
  • The guarantee can be used once per customer, household or shipping address.

How to claim

Email Support@GetProjectLife.com with your order number, or tell your Care Advisor during a check-in call. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date.

If you would like to keep going, you can choose a free adjustment to your formulation instead of a refund. If you choose the refund, we cancel your subscription so you are not charged again and return the full amount to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Renewal shipments. Orders after your first one are not refundable once they have been processed. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal date from your account portal, and your subscription ends at the close of the period you have paid for.
  • Later subscriptions. If you have already used the guarantee, orders placed after that are not covered.

Cancelling before your order ships

We begin blending your formulation within 24 to 48 hours of your order. If you contact us before it ships, we cancel the order and refund it in full.

Shipping times

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days within Canada and 7 to 10 business days to the United States.

Customs and duties

Shipping is free within Canada and the United States. Orders sent to other countries may be charged customs fees or taxes on arrival. Those charges are the client's responsibility.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province, state or country.
