Each shipment comes with two pouches of your formulation in powder form. Preparing it takes less than two minutes:

1. Measure one scoop (10g) of powder. Do not pack or overfill the scoop.
2. Pour into 250 to 350mL (8 to 12oz) of warm water. Use filtered or previously boiled water that has cooled to warm. Avoid boiling water directly, as this can cause the powder to clump.
3. Stir until the powder has dissolved.
4. Repeat for your second dose later in the day.
