Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing www.getprojectlife.com or purchasing from Project: Life, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Project: Life website, products, and subscription services. "Project: Life," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the company operating under the Project: Life brand, with its principal place of business at 82 Laird Dr., PO Box 313, Toronto, ON M4G 3V1, Canada.
These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and clients who purchase products through our website. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. Together, these documents form our complete agreement with you.
2. Eligibility
To purchase from or create an account with Project: Life, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
- Be a resident of Canada or the United States
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account or placing an order
By using our website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. If you are purchasing on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authorization to do so and that the end user also meets these eligibility requirements.
3. Our Products
What We Sell
Project: Life offers monthly subscription TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) herbal formulations designed to support fertility wellness. Our formulations contain clinic grade TCM herbs with ratios developed and refined over Dr. Ye's 40 years of clinical practice. Each monthly subscription includes two pouches of 15-day servings.
The "Find My Formulation" Assessment
Our website includes an intake assessment ("Find My Formulation") that collects information about your health profile, cycle, and fertility goals. This assessment is used solely for the purpose of matching you to the formulation most aligned with your profile. It is not a medical evaluation, clinical intake, or diagnostic tool of any kind.
The assessment does not establish a patient-practitioner relationship between you and Dr. Ye or any member of our team. Dr. Ye does not personally review individual assessments. The matching process is conducted by Dr. Ye's practice based on the formulation categories he has developed.
Not Medical Advice
Project: Life products are natural health products intended to support general wellness. Nothing on our website, in our emails, in our assessment, or in any communication from our team constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should not use our products as a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are nursing, or are taking prescription medications, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or herbal product.
Regulatory Disclaimer
Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada for the purposes of diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Auto-Renewal
Project: Life products are sold on a monthly subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current price unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
Pricing
Subscription pricing is $399 USD per month for clients in the United States and $499 CAD per month for clients in Canada. Prices are stated in your billing currency at checkout. All applicable taxes are collected in addition to the subscription price.
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance by email. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before your next renewal date. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize Shopify Payments to charge your selected payment method for each subscription renewal. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support at support@getprojectlife.com. A paused subscription will not be charged during the pause period. Your subscription will resume automatically on the date you select, or you may reactivate it manually through your account.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at support@getprojectlife.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next renewal date. Cancellations received after a renewal has already processed will take effect for the following month. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Upon cancellation, your subscription ends at the conclusion of your current paid period. You will not be charged again unless you choose to reactivate.
5. Returns and Refunds
First Order Return Policy
We stand behind our formulations. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns on first orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
How to Initiate a Return
Before shipping anything back, you must contact us at support@getprojectlife.com to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and any applicable instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or damaged item).
No Refunds on Subsequent Orders
Our return policy applies to your first order only. Refunds are not available on subsequent shipments regardless of whether the order has been billed, paid, or shipped. This applies to all recurring subscription charges after your first delivery.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product on any subsequent order, please contact us at support@getprojectlife.com and we will work with you to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products except as described above for first orders.
6. Shipping
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:
- Canada: 5 to 7 business days
- United States: 7 to 10 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you by email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is included on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Your Account
To place an order or manage your subscription, you will need to create an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at support@getprojectlife.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise create risk for Project: Life or other clients.
8. Acceptable Use
When using our website and services, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or data
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from our website
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or servers
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use our platform to send unsolicited commercial communications
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including restricting access to our website or terminating accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Project: Life website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, video content, formulation descriptions, quiz content, and design elements — is the property of Project: Life or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by Project: Life without obligation or compensation to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project: Life and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law in Canada or Ontario.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our products or website will not exceed the total amount you paid to Project: Life in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Our products are natural health products intended to support general wellness. We make no warranty, express or implied, that our products will produce any specific health outcome. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Project: Life and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your breach of these Terms of Use
- Your use of the website or products in a manner not authorized by these terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third party right
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our website

Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of our website or products that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website, and we will update the "Last modified" date at the top of this page.
